Welcome to six6app. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the six6app platform, including the website at six6app.net, any associated mobile applications, and all gaming services, features, promotions, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the six6app Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of a current employee or director of six6app or any of its affiliated companies or service providers.
• You must not have previously been excluded, self-excluded, or had your account closed by six6app for any reason including a breach of these Terms.

six6app reserves the right to close any account and void any pending bets or casino wins if it is determined at any stage that the account holder did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the six6app Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through third parties — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held within them.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be communicated to six6app support promptly.

You must create a unique and secure password for your six6app account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. six6app strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, which adds an additional layer of security to your account beyond the standard password.

All deposits on the six6app Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). six6app accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

The minimum deposit amount on six6app is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional identity verification checks as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your six6app wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take one (1) to three (3) business hours to reflect in your account depending on the processing time of the originating bank.
• six6app does not charge any deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawal requests on six6app are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your account KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• Any wagering requirements attached to bonus funds or free bet winnings must be fully satisfied before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

six6app does not charge a withdrawal processing fee under standard conditions. Processing times after approval depend on the receiving payment provider: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically settle within 15–30 minutes of approval; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically settle within one (1) business day.

six6app reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests of any amount if there is any reason to conduct an enhanced due diligence review on an account, including but not limited to unusual betting patterns, large or multiple withdrawal requests, or as required by our AML compliance programme.

six6app offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All promotions are subject to specific Terms that are published on the individual promotion page at the time the offer is live. These promotion-specific terms form part of these overall Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all six6app bonuses and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Only one bonus may be active on a single account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the stated time limit.
• six6app reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify any player from a promotion if evidence of bonus abuse, multiple account usage, or any other form of promotional manipulation is detected.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, the decision of six6app shall be final and binding.

Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform.

The following general gaming conditions apply across all six6app products:

• All bets and wagers placed on six6app are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after placement.
• All casino games use a certified random number generator (RNG) independently tested and audited by recognised gaming testing laboratories to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes.
• Live casino table games are governed by internationally recognised table game rules. Dealer decisions during live games are final.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the event commences. Bets placed before an odds change are honoured at the odds that were displayed at the time of bet placement.

six6app reserves the right to void any bet, wager, or game outcome that is the result of a manifest error, including but not limited to a clearly incorrect odds feed, a data error affecting a live betting market, or a misconfigured bonus that results in game outcomes inconsistent with normal play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six6app Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Collusion: Coordinating bets or game strategies with other players in a manner designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in place of a human user.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using third-party identities, or otherwise exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the six6app Platform to launder funds, make deposits from stolen or unauthorised payment instruments, or engage in any activity that constitutes financial fraud under applicable law.
• Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the six6app Platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of known or unknown software errors are void.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on a valid six6app deposit transaction. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

six6app is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across the Platform. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment and recreation — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. All registered players on six6app have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive an on-screen reminder when you are approaching or have reached your set limit.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the six6app Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the six6app Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any six6app software or content.
• Use any six6app brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner without prior written consent from six6app.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the six6app Platform using automated tools or manual processes at scale.

Any unauthorised use of six6app intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law. six6app actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights globally.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6app and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the six6app Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data, goodwill, or reputation;
• Interruption of gaming sessions due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond six6app's reasonable control;
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider outages or banking system disruptions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, six6app's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
